Hi! I'-----------ljoy N. Maglasang, a licensed Civil Engineer based in the Philippines with over five years of experience in the construction Industry.
Since 2019, I've worked on various projects where I was tasked with 2D drafting, 3D Modeling, Rendering, Cost Estimation, Procurement, Project Management, and even technical support.
My journey began as a Quantity Surveyor in a private construction company, where I gained foundational knowledge in construction. I then transitioned as a Technical Facilitator in the Department of Social Welfare and Development, where I was tasked with conducting site surveys and preparing comprehensive technical documents, including detailed estimates, building plans, programs of work, and other essential construction data. Additionally, I managed documents for the bidding process, ensuring all requirements were met.
Once a contractor was selected, I took on the responsibilities of a Project Manager, overseeing the progress of projects to ensure they were completed within the project timeline and budget. This role allowed me to develop a strong ability to manage teams, resources, and project milestones effectively.
