In my previous role as a recruitment coordinator, I was tasked to handle confidential information for travel nurses and other allied health professionals; verifying statuses and information of their licensure and professional certifications, connecting with the relevant authorities and offices for these, conducting onboarding orientations and scheduling them for necessary trainings, and also participated and worked on the success of implementing employee engagement programs.
