Brief summary of who I am and what I stand for, I am passionate individual who specialize in Customer Service and analytics, I have 5 years of collective experience in the Customer Service industry both as a representative and as a supervisor, I also understand the concept of running a business, providing daily analytical reviews on a sitewide level mostly talking about KPIs, and most recently I have been understanding how the real estate market works, I am a trained acquisitions manager who understands the concept of the 4 moves and 4 pillars.
