I have worked in the e-commerce industry for more than 10 years now. I started my career as a creative and technical writer for a known publishing company here in the Philippines; crafting articles for a popular electronics and gaming magazine at the time. With my writing skills in tow, I moved into the world of e-commerce, first working as a product notes writer for one of the largest automotive parts store in the United States. I was then promoted to Quality Assurance officer after less than a year as a product notes writer. After years of experience at the aforementioned US auto-parts retailer - I started working as a manager for an e-commerce outsourcing firm here in the Philippines; it was one of the first to provide outsourcing work to foreign clients. After years of heading the operations team for the said BPO, I started my own business and up to now - I manage it with my spouse. I am looking for part-time work to supplement not just my business, but also my ever growing experience in the industry.
