I've been a Quality Engineer for over three years and have extensive experience in regression, smoke, manual, and API testing. I have web and mobile testing skills since my previous company handled a WordPress social Platform and App plugin for both web and App. The applications that we used are WordPress, Jira, Figma, Postman, Lambdatest, Vysor, and Fireflink.
I also have been a Technical/Customer Support Representative/Engineer for five and a half years, and have extensive experience handling client concerns regarding their Accounts, Billing, Broadband, Internet, and Mobile service.
