I work for more than five years in a BPO company which helps me to gain knowledge and experiences as well as skills which handling customer, verbal communication, navigating different working tools, typing more than average and email organizing. Since BPO industry is a fast phase environment I was able to adapt and learn faster with minimal supervision. Willingness to learn new set of skills and have a growth mindset.
