I’ve been working for 10yrs now in one of the leading bpo company in the Philippines. I’ve been to a back office role back then and moved to IT support internally. It’s a great oppurtunity for me to be a support analyst. My job is to remote users having issues with their softwares issues and fix it. Assist them with their login issues and other it related concerns.
