I have worked in the call center industry for about four years. During this time, I have worked on inbound accounts where I took incoming calls and assisted customers to the best of my ability to provide excellent customer service. I have learned a lot in the industry and recently transitioned to outbound accounts, mainly in healthcare. Looking back, I can see how much I have grown as a person and individual through my learning process. That's all for now, as I have summarized my work experiences from my early days as a newbie to where I am today.
