Hi! I am ----------- ----------- B. ----------- and I am currently working in a bank as a Loans Processor. I was once an employee of VXI, a BPO company and I was assigned as a customer service representative. Currently, in my current job I am assigned to answer inquiries regarding our loan products and also package loan applications. I conduct client back ground check to as part of our validation process. I process Real Estate and Chattel Mortgage secured loan applications. As part of my job, we use email to communicate with our supervisors and heads when there are things needed to clarify or some lacking documents regarding the client's loan application. I am also very exposed in using Microsoft Application like Word and Excel. Customer Service is the greatest service I can offer.
