Over the years, I've worked in customer service, operations, executive assistance, project management, and call center leadership roles. I've had the opportunity to manage teams, support executives, improve workflows, and help businesses deliver better results and customer experiences.
What I enjoy most is training and coaching people. There's something rewarding about helping tea-----------mbers build confidence, improve their skills, and reach their goals. It's a passion that has grown naturally throughout my career.
I'm also a proud mom of three, which has taught me resilience, adaptability, and how to stay organized even in the busiest situations. I bring that same dedication and work ethic to everything I do.
