I've been working as a motion graphic designer for 5 years now (2 years as a freelancer and one year in a corporate setting) and my experience has taught me how to solve creative and technical problems in the industry. I have experience leading projects in the past which has taught me the importance of efficiency and communication.
Working with different teams has taught me to adapt to different styles and workflows. I can communicate well with clients and colleagues and can be sociable in any work scenario. My style when it comes to design (both motion and stilly is adaptive to what is needed in the project.
In any work, I always tell myself to keep an open mind to anything that comes my way because there can be lessons learned over time. Now I am willing to learn more.
