As a Communications Practitioner, my role involves creating, managing, and sharing key communications within my organization. I develop content for press releases, newsletters, social media, and websites, ensuring it’s clear, engaging, and consistent with our brand. I also work on speeches and presentations, and edit materials for accuracy.
Building and maintaining media relationships is a key part of my job. I prepare press releases, coordinate interviews, and monitor media coverage to gauge the impact of our campaigns. Internally, I help keep employees informed and engaged by managing newsletters, intranet content, and supporting events.
On social media, I create strategies that align with our goals, manage accounts, and track performance to improve our reach. In times of crisis, I assist in managing communication, preparing statements, and ensuring accurate information flow.
