I have been in the Training industry for more than 7 years now. My most recent employment was with Foundever as their Learning Specialist Lead. However, I have also been with Concentrix, JP Morgan, ECC Philippines and Accenture. In my 9 years in the BPO Industry, I have experience with varied accounts; technical, sales, logistics, healthcare, banking, telco and mortgage. In my 7 years in the Training Management role, I have created and facilitated all kinds of curriculums; foundations training, communications training, product-specific training, sales training, leadership training and different kinds of upskilling. I have excelled in improving communication and customer service standards of the companies I have been with.
