I have been a Helpdesk Support Specialist for a BPO company catering an American financial market infrastructure company way back 2013. During my stay there, I got promoted to a couple of roles such as QA and real time analyst before I moved to another company. 2016 I started with a tech company as an I----------- Lifecycle Coordinator in which gave me the experience in supervising team and pushing for resolutions of issues. Fast forward, I got in to a automation role that caters local accounts and starting grassroot solutions under RPA. Now, I am a Automations Lead for the same company and is currently supporting SAP applications.
As stated, I am flexible with tasks that will be designated to me. You can count on me that I will never abandon any task and will push for completion as always. I am also willing to learn new things that can benefit you and your company if necessary and I can also initiate self study if it will be a part of your requirement.
