I have eight (8) years Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience, and have been a Supervisor/Team Leader for eight (8) years, handling 12-20 Full-Time Employees (FTEs) in various types of processes namely: directory assistance, credit cards customer service, and credit cards customer retention. I have also been a credit and collections supervisor after my stint with voice-related processes in the BPO industry.
I have experience as a freelance voice over artist, and I have provided voice over services for dubbing (animation and movies), radio (ads and as a co-host for a weekly program).
I had previous experience working as a virtual assistant (social media marketer) for a realty company based in Ontario, Canada, where I was responsible for maintaining the company’s social media and online classified ads accounts to help advertise and sell real properties in Ontario and nearby markets in Canada.
I have also experience being a general virtual assistant and admin assistant for a transaction coordinator for a US-based real estate agent in Southern Indiana.
