In my previous Job, i was tasked to do a Technical Assistance Plan which includes the Title of the Activity, Target Date, Participants, and the venue of the activity. And also i was assigned to schedule different activities for the Local Government Units (LGUs).
I am tasked to provide administrative assistance to the Capacity Development interventions . This includes processing of the activity design, preparation of training materials, coordination with the Procurement Section regarding the BAC-Resolution, following up of the venue of the activities, preparation of the documents needed as attachments to the vouchers for the payment of food and hotel accommodation of the participants, consolidation of all the approved activity designs and preparation of the summary of participants’ evaluation of the suppliers (hotels), to name a few.
And also i was assigned to be an Alternate Process Owner for the Quality Management System (QMS), As a PO i prepare all the necessary documents like consolidation of training design, invitation letters, post-activity report, attendance, procurement documents, results of Pre and Post Test.
In addition, I prepared a Database to track the LGUs and whether they are trained or not. This Database helps us to identify new target LGUs for another intervention to be conducted.
