I had the opportunity to work with Intercontinental Hotels Group as Reservation Sales Specialist for more than 2 years and I moved to another booking channel of General Reservations as Live Chat Specialist. During those times, I've done quite a bit of sales and customer service. I was tasked to process hotel room reservations, cancellations, verifying existing reservations and turning queries into possible hotel sales. I was also able to apply sales approach and right fallback that would maximize the revenue of the company and would help overcome the problems and customers' complaints if any. I may not have administration skills but I am very willing to be trained. I am currently unemployed, but if ever I will be hired by your company, I promise to work hard and not let you down.
