I have 4 years work experience as a Project Engineer in various sites from different companies. I have worked mostly in housing projects in subdivisions. I manage projects from start from excavation to lot preparation to footing, foundation, up until finishing of housing units. I also manage workers and foremans and coordinate with engineers to make sure that we are able to meet with the schedules and deadlines of projects for turnover and for the continuous progress and development of the projects. I also deal with clients inquiries, concerns, complaints and other matters regarding housing projects. Other than fieldwork, I have satisfactory knowledge and proficiency in Cost Estimating and Construction Methods and also have considerable experience and exceptional skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp and also with Good organizational, planning, public relations and problem-solving skills.
