I have hands-on experience preparing RFIs, change orders, and cost estimates, as well as coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, city inspectors, and other project stakeholders.
I can also assist with daily reporting, crew scheduling, and technical coordination with clients to ensure smooth project execution. In addition, I am familiar with California and general U.S. construction standards and workflows. I'm using project management tools such as ZOHO, Contractor Foreman, and Procore.
