In my 13 years of work experience, I have developed my skills which helped me improve my communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills, and time management.
Communication is vital both in our careers and in our daily lives. Learning from great communicators supported me to achieve personal and professional goals.
My interpersonal skills helped me develop self-awareness, conscious of others' emotions and behaviors, and then adjust to better communicate.
Nowadays, knowing technology is important. Aside from basic computer skills including knowing how to type, understanding social media, and having general web skills, I also learned to navigate some software used in business.
Lastly, time management skills allow me to complete tasks and projects before deadlines while also maintaining a work-life balance. Though the pressure is always present, I have learned how to stay organized by allocating the workday to specific tasks by importance.
