I have been working for Outbound Customer Service for 6 months with a sales agent. I have also explored inbound customer service with the manager and technical support. It's such a great experience to help with the customer with my great skills. After that, I transitioned into chat customer service. Working with chat is the best yet challenging for me to learn and expand my new skills. Applying for a virtual assistant is such a new job for me, but I know that I am capable and flexible enough to expand my skills.
