I built my career in leadership and sales, and I still operate with that same mindset today.
I spent 6 years with Bell Canada under Quantrics Enterprises, leading teams in customer service and sales. My role focused on coaching, performance management, and hitting KPIs like CSAT, AHT, FCR, and Close Rate. I learned how to drive results through structure, accountability, and consistent execution.
I then moved into a remote role as a Cold Calling Manager for a land real estate company. I built the department from the ground up, handling hiring, onboarding, SOPs, KPI tracking, and daily operations. I also improved conversion by creating a structured system for objection handling and coaching, which helped the team produce more consistent results.
That experience led me to focus on systems.
I saw that most teams do not fail because of effort. They fail because of gaps in process, follow up, and execution.
Today, I work as a GoHighLevel Systems Builder and CRM Specialist, applying my background in sales and operations to build systems that support real business results.
