I am Jeff Marquez, a fresh graduate. My customer service experience is not related to any IT field but I am a BS in Information Technology graduate and currently taking a IT support course in google via coursera to have a certificate as a IT support. I've been a part time freelancer before where I processed NSF, Exception and processed tickets via zendesk in a real estate company. One of my experiences in customer service is in a restaurant. I am taking orders, serving, processing payment and the second is in an office and school supplies shop that's connected to a retail rice store where I kilo rice, explaining what kind of rice it is to help them d----------- what to choose and for the office and school supplies I ask what they need and suggesting better product with low cost. I also processed payment at both stores since 2014.
