I have been a Process Specialist Trainer, Subject Matter Expert, and an Assistant Team Lead at Cognizant (Salesforce CRM account) for 7 years. One of my expertise is facilitating different types of Training for employees and clients. Over the years, I've handled over 45 different processes within Salesforce and third party software such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP Fieldglass, Mulesoft, and Tableau. My greatest accomplishments from my previous company in my current role were designing and implementing a training program that increased employee retention and improved overall team performance. My team also successfully built and led a high-performing team, resulting an increase in team productivity and improvement in project delivery.
