Executes strategies for the continued expansion of Direct Sales business initiatives by
building the customer base and sales force organization.
Conducts training, product and business orientations, and cooking demonstrations.
Implements training programs (National Business Development Program) to
institutionalize the Sales Process, and
secure business sustainability.
Conducts the following activities to grow customer base and must recruit, train, develop
and motivate the independent salesforce to continuously grow the Business Partner
base.
Business Opportunity Meetings
Group Discussion and Product Demonstrations
Customer Service/Helpdesk
Ensures seamless coordination and communication within the organization and among
external stakeholders.
Drives a high level of customer service.
