I am Hard working, self-motivated, and determined person with 4 years of corporate job experience. I have previous work as a Customer service Representative both Voice and non voice accounts, wherein I learned how to properly assist the customers and client's queries and concerns as well as I was able to provide excellent customer service and support. Aside from that, I work in a Healthcare account as a Data Analyst for the Pharmacy benefits of the clients, I was able to help our patients update their benefits and provide proper handling of the request. I also learned how to properly create a case that we received via fax regarding the pharmacy requested by the prescriber.
With all the experience I have , I believe that I will also be an effective Virtual assistant and I can provide my skill, and talents to the benefit of the client.
