I have vast experience working as an email support using Zendesk as a platform. In my previous role, I've been also doing data entry, data analysis, report creation using Google spreadsheet and mostly Excel. I am keen to details, making sure that all data are accurate. I strategize to simplify tasks in a sense that it wouldn't affect the quality of work. By working efficiently and smoothly, we can make use of our free time to learn other things that may benefit us both.
