Hi, welcome to my profile. I'm looking to transition into freelance work, ideally in roles that welcome beginners. I'm ----------- ----------- from Philippines. I graduated Bachelor of Public Administration in 2017.
I started working in Construction Industry at Renardet SA Consulting Engineers under Consultancy Services of Construction Supervision of CLLEX Project Phase 1. I worked as a Project Encoder/Secretary for almost 5 years and had an experienced in Document Controller.
After this, I have an opportunity as Administrative Aide III at Department of Public Works and Highways (one of the government agencies in the Philippines) in the Supply and Property and General Services Unit for almost 3 years. I have experienced and strong understanding of the different aspect of the bidding process. I do consolidate and prepare the annual procurement plan common-used supplies and equipment. I prepare Agency/Procurement Plan for submission to PS DBM, prepare Request for Quotation and Purchase Order and posted at the website of Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS). I'm good in both Microsoft Word and Excel, Data Entry, managing emails, good communication and interact with different supplier/client.
I have been also working in RD8 Builders Corporation as Admin (legal) Staff, responsible for the bidding documents of the project. Additionally, I have some experienced in managing petty cash voucher, encoding and monitoring of other expenses of the project. I have a proven dynamic personality with strong relationship building with clerical duties and administrative support.
As well, having an experienced and exposure in banking industry as Bank Teller even for a shorter period of time. It enhances and improves me more to manage customer transactions and services.
