I'am on a BPO industry for almost 4 years now. currently I'am working for Microsoft as a Customer service representative, wherein I provide assistance in getting more information about the product they wanted to purchase to make sure that they are getting the right product that will suite their needs, since we all know that Microsoft mainly a software company, not only we sell it's software products, we also providing assistance in downloading, installing or trouble shooting if the Customer is experiencing any technical issues.
