I have an excellent command of English language as I have been in the customer service industry for ten (10) years now. I bring experience from diverse fields such as retail, healthcare, and sales, with my most recent position in an eCommerce platform.
I am familiar with order tracking, processing returns (refunds/replacements), technical support (basic troubleshooting) and managing customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone (both inbound and outbound). I also have foundational skills in data entry and am proficient in using spreadsheets. I can handle voice (inbound and outbound), chat and also email support.
I am highly skilled at multitasking with a strong attention to detail. Additionally, I maintain an optimistic attitude and am capable of working independently. To ensure uninterrupted service, I have two different internet providers as a backup in case one loses connection.
