I've been in the BPO Company for 6 years and 6 months already. I had different task and roles with this time duration. I have an experience in sales support, lead generation, appointment setting both in B2B and B2C, customer support, technical support, emails and chat, order processing, order fulfillment, billing, return and refunds and as a healthcare advocate. I can work with less supervision and under pressure. I am eager to learn new things, so with proper training I will be good in no time for whatever task that will be assigned or given to me.
