As a fresh graduate BS Psychology major at Angeles University Foundation, I embraced a practical learning journey, concluding internships at Yokohama Tire Philippines Incorporated, Children of Fatima School Inc., and Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center-Psychiatry Department. My core competencies were honed through hands-on experience in HR management, particularly recruitment and selection processes, and in providing guidance and counseling in an educational setting as well as my assessment skills in the clinical setting.
My recent work in the HR department offered a rich understanding of employee lifecycle management, while my time at Children of Fatima School and Baguio General Hospital-Psychology Section allowed me to develop clinical skills by conducting counseling sessions and psychological assessment. These experiences, alongside my proficiency in operational test and evaluation, have equipped me with a diverse skill set that I am eager to apply in a role that values collaborative growth and the integration of psychological principles in the workplace.
