I've been working as a customer service representative for almost 3 years, and also as an ESL teacher and a party timer for the past 3 years. I am also a part-time virtual receptionist with experience in different CRM's.
The accounts I handled are international, and all are financial accounts related to money movements between banks, vendors (merchants), and customers (buyers). As a representative on these foreign calls, I got to talk to different people, whether via phone call, email, or as a live agent or chat. I also have experience with bookings and setting appointments. The skills I gain as an English online teacher, a customer service agent, and as a virtual receptionist help me gain my confidence in dealing with different races, ages, and personalities.
I can do data entry to CRM, answer calls via email, voice, and chat. I can also do General Virtual assistant task and can use Trello, Zendesk, Salesforce, Google Sheets, and I am also enthusiastic about learning new tools.
I am also willing to learn and looking for a permanent work-from-home setup.

Monday to Friday 6:000- 12:00 PHT
Monday to Friday 13:00- 22:00 PST
My hourly rate is negotiable for as low as $4 to $5.
