Hi i am Henry i am currently 27 years old and working in the call center industry for 3 years now
I work as intern on IT department on Alorica for 240hours and the role given to me is to assemble the computers to their designated workstations and connect them by remote access.
I previously worked in Ibex Global as a customer service representative which i take in phone calls and chats to assist the customers to their needs and got promoted as a SME to be a mentor to the new applicants who are needed to be trained while on production. I worked there for 3 years.
I currently now work as a banker in Genpact which i take in phone calls to assist customers with their concerns for their accounts.
