My journey in the virtual assistance industry began in 2018, where I provided remote support to clients by managing schedules, responding to emails, handling basic bookkeeping, and performing other administrative tasks. This early experience taught me how to be highly organized, self-motivated, and responsive to client needs—qualities that remain central to my work ethic.
In 2019, I launched and have since managed my own business. Running a business has given me valuable hands-on experience in customer relationship management, digital marketing, and daily operations, which has sharpened both my leadership and problem-solving abilities. It has also helped me understand the importance of meeting deadlines, communicating clearly, and staying flexible.
Currently, I work in a BPO company under the BB Telco account as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. In this role, I provide support to customers, address inquiries, resolve issues, and drive product sales. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment has strengthened my communication skills, patience, and ability to multi-task—all of which are critical to being an effective Virtual Assistant.
