I don’t just use AI tools. I build systems around them.
I’m a full-stack developer with around 4 years of experience working with Java/Spring, React, SQL, APIs, and business applications. More recently, I’ve been focused heavily on AI automation, Claude Code, AI agents, MCP, and connecting different tools together to automate real business processes.
One of the biggest systems I’ve built was an AI-powered customer service automation platform that handled much of the workload previously managed by a 50+ person customer service team. It uses multiple AI agents, scheduled workflows, a centralized dashboard, Google Sheets, Slack, and Telegram to manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, order-related questions, and more complex cases like refunds while following company SOPs.
My approach is pretty simple. I first understand how the process actually works, identify the biggest bottlenecks, and then decide what can safely be automated and where human review is still needed. I prefer building and testing things step by step rather than trying to automate everything at once.
I use Claude Code regularly in my development workflow and have hands-on experience connecting AI systems to external tools through MCP and APIs. I enjoy taking an idea or a messy manual process and turning it into something that actually works in production.
