I'm an Human Resources (HR) Recruitment Officer and the following are my responsibilities and duties:
- I Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and creating detailed job descriptions.
- I also develop and implement recruitment plans, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards and social media.
- I'm hands on in reviewing resumes, conducting initial screening interviews, and coordinating further interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- I'm also hands on in maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and providing them with instructions, updates and feedback.
- I'm particular in ensuring recruitment practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies. Maintaining accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
- I'm also hands on in analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
- And lastly,I consider myself to be a dedicated and dependable individual who possesses excellent inter-personal and organizational skills.
