As a VA, I can do admin tasks and assist your customers via phone, email, and chat. I am very flexible in terms of my working hours and I am equipped with a very good quality desktop unit and internet connection. I also have a laptop that is always ready to use which can also serve as a backup in case there's a power interruption and if I need to go somewhere else and still have work to do.
I used to work with eBay North America. It is an online marketplace where you can sell almost everything from new items to antiques. I was a customer service representative and assisted sellers and buyers with their transactions and account management.
I also worked with Pillowhomes for almost a year. It is a property management company based in San Francisco. They manage vacation rentals listed on Airbnb, HomeAway, VRBO, and ----------- on behalf of the property owners. I was also a customer support and assisted owners with their property listings, reservations, and property issues. I also assist guests before, during and after their reservation. Aside from owners and guests, I also provide assistance to our vendors and company's cleaning partners on their activities such as cleaning and troubleshooting.
Aside from being a customer service representative, I also worked as a store manager in eBay. My main responsibilities were to list items, process orders (dropshipping), answer customers' inquiries and assist with returns and cases.
Currently Im working as a manager of an ESL company based in Israel. I managed class bookings, cancellations, and other admin tasks including HR, finance and accounting departments.
