I currently work as a Customer Service Associate III in a BPO company in Manila. I am handling a voice account in a UK-based airline. I have been working in the Hospitality Industry for the last 12 years. I have experience working in a different company within the industry starting with a Management Trainee position at a five-star hotel in Singapore, as a Manager in an International coffee chain shop, as a Barista on a high-end cruise ship, and as a luxury residential yacht for the last 9 years. I have experience working and serving different nationalities in the middle and upper markets. My skills revolve around Customer Service, Business Management, Food and Beverage, and Travel. I am proficient with Microsoft Office applications with a little bit of knowledge of Python and Data Analysis, and continuously improving my skills in that area. Attention to detail, problem-solving, adaptability, time management, empathy, and flexibility are some of my soft skills. I am currently looking for a part-time job and hoping to transition as a Freelancer in the future.
