I'm a patient-centered person who has a diverse experience in Healthcare field. I had experienced being an agent for health Insurance provider assisting callers with Plan Enrollment, providing benefits and eligibilities, Processing and Interpreting Claims disputes. I have also experienced being a Medical Receptionist for a group doctor's office where I handled Scheduling and Rescheduling doctor's appointments, processing medication refill and referral requests. In addition, last Nov 2023 I was promoted for a Subject Matter Expert post where I provide real time assistance to agents, call monitoring, providing coaching and feedback as well as taking in roles for admin tasks.
