I am a Freelance Virtual Assistant for 8 years. I was a pioneer of a parking technology company where I started in Customer Service and from there became a pilot to a number of different teams when the company started to grow. I can consider my online job successful after all the hard work.
Prior to becoming a Freelancer, I worked for US Based Call centers for a total of 9 years. I started my first 3 years in this industry as a Sales Representative, where I was able to hone hardcore selling and proficient communication skills. For the next 6 years, I worked for an online printing company based in California, where I was given the opportunity to handle different posts because of my ability to work well, always in a timely manner, even while working under pressure. From a Customer service representative handling calls, chat, and email, I became a Quality Assurance Specialist, doing audits for voice, chat, and email, from there a Trainer, and eventually a VIP Accounts Specialist.
The work experience I've had gave me an opportunity to gain certain skills that I believe I can make use of in this industry. My experience also helped me develop persistence, consistency, and Integrity. I am comfortable speaking with people, and with that plus my skill set, I believe I can bring something to the table that will help contribute to any business.
