- Coordination between owners, clients, suppliers, and contractors
- Progress Monitoring and Computations
- Have worked on the shop drawings and as-built plans (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Auxiliary, Etc)
- Quality assurance and Quantity control
- Purchasing and Estimation of materials
Proficient on the following computer programs:
- Autodesk: AutoCAD
- Autodesk: Revit
- Sketchup software
- Adobe photoshop
- Cyberlink Video Editing software
- Microsoft: Office/Excel/Powerpoint
