Most customer anger about a delayed order is really anger about silence. I answer before people have to ask twice.
I spent two years handling client communication end to end for offshore buyers across Southeast Asia, entirely in writing and by phone, on transactions worth PHP 50M+ across 15 clients. Contract questions, payment and due-date issues, document requests, delivery timelines, renewals, and the escalations that came when something slipped. When a client was upset it reached me directly, not a queue.
What I bring to a support desk:
Written English that holds up under pressure. BA Economics from the University of Santo Tomas, Dean's List, plus a year of law school. I write clearly when a customer is calm and I stay clear when they are not.
Follow-through that does not need reminding. In my last role I ran a monthly contact cycle across an assigned client portfolio, reaching every one on schedule about deadlines and renewals. Nothing was missed. Support is the same discipline: the ticket you forget is the one that becomes a complaint.
De-escalation on real money. My clients were making six and seven figure decisions in a currency and country not their own, often having never met me. Acknowledging the problem first, giving a date I can stand behind, and following up before I am chased is how those relationships stayed intact.
Order, account, and document handling. I worked daily in Close CRM, Zoho CRM, GoHighLevel, and AppFolio, tracking records, logging every interaction, keeping statuses accurate, and pulling the right document on request.
Helpdesk and e-commerce tooling, hands-on. I set myself practice tasks across Zendesk, Shopify, and Tidio: worked Zendesk tickets from open through resolution and built macros for the replies that repeat, ran a Shopify development store through test orders and refunds so I understand what a customer sees when an order changes, and handled live chats in Tidio including two conversations at once with canned responses set up behind them. This was self-directed practice in trial environments, not client volume, but I did the work rather than watched a walkthrough.
I am available for full-time work and comfortable across AU, UK, and US hours. Send me a customer email you found difficult to answer and I will show you how I would have replied to it.
