As a Senior Recruiter:
• Ensure the right candidates are selected, screened, and hired in an efficient and timely manner
• Implement targeted sourcing initiatives and generate a pipeline of candidates in a high-paced, dynamic work environment by managing time and effort across activities.
As a Supplier Relationship Manager
• Forges and maintains a strong and mutually beneficial business relationships with key suppliers
• Ensures that key suppliers understand the performance expectations of the company, their contractual obligations and their information security responsibilities
• Monitors the performance of key suppliers, and conducts routine assessment, evaluation and audit of the ability of key suppliers to satisfy agreed service level targets, comply with contractual obligations and demonstrate their information security responsibilities
• Assists the information security officer in resolving information security breaches and i----------- involving suppliers
