I am an IT professional with over 20 years of experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, and Desktop Support for Software and Hardware of Microsoft Windows Software in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. I have been working and living in Malaysia since 2016.
I have basic knowledge of SQL Database structure, SQL query, and usage, including Windows OS Security Updates (Windows Embedded and Windows NT). I have experience serving internal and external clients and building strong rapport through knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. Currently employed as a Remote Deployment Agent at BD/Carefusion, I work closely with customers on the deployment of Software upgrades, Fixes, Patches, and updates. I run thorough analysis and check-ups of products and devices to meet the standard requirement of medicine dispensing. Part of my key responsibilities is ensuring all devices work as designed and reporting on any product flaws, bugs, or issues through the proper escalation channel.
