I have been a quantity surveyor support for a Singaporean Company doing quantity take-off for tendering of projects, sourcing and review cost from respective trade suppliers / subcontractors, preliminary design proposal for design and built projects, prepare cost comparison to management and submit for approval. Because of these, I was able to instill and maintain a delivery of high standard service, which helps me identify my own needs of improvement.
I also did material planning for a while under an aviation industry where in I am responsible for planning and monitoring the materials and tools needed for every aircraft that is inducted. Good coordination and communication with the Technical Representatives and with the Team.
As stated on the summary of my skills, I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. You'll find that this is why I am efficient; I'll always be there at your beck and call.
In any case you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
