• Responsible for ensuring all implementation/post implementation requirements are handled efficiently and in a timely manner. (Wireless IP radio, Access Points, CCTVs and VSAT.)
• Oversee project and support engineers to ensure tasks and goals are accomplished in compliance with the requirement.
• In charge of scheduling, monitoring, and reporting all the tasks and assignments for every member of the team
• Responsible for creating/reviewing, checking, and finalizing implementation documents such as design, as-built, SOW, MOP, PCR, etc.
• Preparation of presentations and demonstrations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of training or POC.
• Responsible for creating/reviewing, checking, and finalizing post implementation documents such i-----------/diagnostic, recovery, joint testing, completion report, etc.
• Handles the complete technical requirement of the project such as pre-configuration, on-site configuration, testing, commissioning, etc. of the equipment.
• Manage and process RMA of the equipment that is under warranty within the given timeline
• Ensuring that the company’s products and services can be delivered to the customer’s requirements by the local/international standards applicable.
• Prepares monthly project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and recommending actions.
• Monitors the equipment inventory management.
