Conduct on-site measurements, validations, and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, project requirements, and tender accuracy.
Cost Management: Review, evaluate, and approve contractor and supplier cost proposals, billings, and material quantities. Conduct cost and quantity reconciliation, especially during design variations.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain essential project documents such as Bills of Quantities (BOQ), accomplishment reports, RFAs, RFIs, and formal quotations.
