My recent job is a General Virtual Assistant at a US-based maintenance and repair company. The services we offer are HVAC, plumbing, general maintenance like repairs of gates, windows and doors and many more! My daily tasks include entering jobs into portals such as VendorCafe, SalesForce, MELD, Propertyware, AppFolio etc., and putting tenant information into our system. I receive the job description via email from the property management or point of contact of the property. Additionally, I handle invoicing, sending digitally generated invoices to clients through portals or email. Moreover, I also assist the property manager in his daily tasks and other ad hoc assignments.
In addition to that, I have more than 4 years of experience in customer service and sales in the BPO industry. I excel at managing and communicating effectively with people.
