I completed my Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management last Oct.2016 at Systems Plus College Foundation. My Previous Job is at Globe Telecom under ASTI Business Services Inc. (ABSI) with the Position of Virtual Account Manager under Supply Chain Sector, where I enhanced my knowledge and skills in regards to how to deal with the Telecom Process like Application in New Line/Installation (Provisioning Reports PR), Repair (Warranty Assurance Report WAR), JIRA Ticketing, Termination, Handle Facility Checking and checking if the location is serviceable or not, creating RID, Modification for the Wireline/Wireless Account, SFA Creation or Any After Sales Concerns and Administrative Works. I Also learned how to use a different type of Telecom Tools like CRM, SalesForce Lightning, JIRA, CDMS, MRTG and Various Tools.
My First Job is at the Manufacturing Company, L & T International Group Phils. Inc. with the Position of Inbound and Logistics Specialist, where I learned how to process the Incoming and Outgoing Materials, Monitoring, Inventory, Auditing, Administrative Works and how to use different tools like SAP and Different Application Tools.
